Theodore W. Earley

Theodore "Ted" W. Earley, 77, of Kaylor passed away Friday, December 14, 2012 at his home. He was one of four children born on July 18, 1935 to the late Elmer and Elizabeth (Bowser) Earley and was a beloved husband of Delores J. (Shaffer) Earley for over 56 years.

Ted Earley touched the lives of many people with his smile and jokes. He shared his passion for Country and Western music through his band Ted Earley and The Teddy Bears. He ran his own business called Early Bird Janitorial Service. He loved going camping with family and friends. He maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end.

He will forever be remembered by his devoted children, Cork Earley and his fiancee Barb Hiner, the late Wayne Earley, Paul Earley and his wife Cheri, Rose Brosius and her fiance Ed French, Susan Olcus and her husband Richard, Kim McElravy and her husband Steve, Jeff Earley and his fiancee Tina, Laura Christman and her husband Herb, and special sister-in-law, Connie Herczeg. He is survived by 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and countless other family and friends whom were blessed to know him. He was preceded in death by his son, Wayne Earley, great-grandchild Gregory, two sisters, Alice Johns and Gladys Snyder, and one brother, Cortland Earley.

Relatives and friends may visit from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Sunday, December 16, 2012, at the Bauer-Hillis Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 102 Argyle Street, Petrolia, PA.

Additional visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of funeral services at 11 AM on Monday, December 17, 2012, at the funeral home, with Lay Minister Paul Anthony officiating.

Interment will follow in Croyle Cemetery, Adrian, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
