Albert Anthony Totos American Flag


Albert Anthony “Tort” Totos, of Fenelton, PA, left us on July 5, 2010, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Ford City, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Totos was a member of the Salem United Church of Christ. He proudly served his country in the US Army as a Corporal in the Signal Corp. Later he became a HAM radio operator and his call number was KA3YXH. Tort had retired from Eljer as a fitter after 40 years of service. He loved being outdoors and mowing his lawn. Tort enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, and bowling. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his beloved pets.

Tort will be sadly missed by his wife, Shirlee (Schrecengost) Totos; his dog, Black Velvet, and cat, Keye Largo; a brother, Jack Totos and wife Tina of West Kittanning; two nephews, Michael Totos and Ed Totos; a sister-in-law,Wanda Cable; and a niece, Janice Niebauer and husband Bob.

Relatives and friends may visit from 2-4PM and 7-9PM on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at the Bauer Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 515 N. McKean Street, Kittanning, PA.

Additional visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of funeral services at 11AM on Thursday, July 8, 2010 at the funeral home with Stanley Orvis officiating.

Burial will follow in the Salem United Church of Christ Cemetery, Cowanshannock Twp, Armstrong Co., PA.
